영화와 음악, 그리고 자연이 함께하는 제21회 제천국제음악영화제에서 올해의 영화제를 함께 이끌어갈 자원활동가 JIMFFree를 모집합니다.

[모집 일정]
- 1차 서류 전형 합격자 발표 : 6월 30일(월) 17:00
* 홈페이지 내 자원활동가 페이지 - ‘합격자 확인’ 페이지에서 확인 가능
- 2차 면접 전형 : 7월 7일(월) ~ 7월 13일(일)
* 면접은 대면으로 진행되며, 면접 장소는 서울/제천 중 선택 가능
- 최종 합격자 발표 : 7월 21일(월) 17:00

[지원 자격]
- 영화와 음악을 사랑하는 사람

- 만 18세 이상의 한국어로 소통이 가능한 대한민국 국민 또는 국내 거주 외국인
- 영화제에서 진행하는 사전 교육 및 영화제 전 기간 동안 종일 활동이 가능한 자
- 영화제 기간 동안 제천시에서 활동 가능한 자 (제천 지역 외 거주자 숙소 지원)
- 사전 교육 및 영화제에 적극적인 태도로 참여가 가능한 자

[선발 기준]
- 서류전형 합격 후 면접 불참 시 선발 대상에서 제외됩니다.
- 지원서 작성 내용이 누락되거나 미비할 경우 선발 우선순위에서 제외됩니다. (사진 첨부, 작성 내용)
- 서류 및 면접 심사 과정을 거쳐, 지원하지 않은 분야로 선발 또는 이동될 수 있습니다.

[교육 기간]
- 오리엔테이션(온라인) : 8월 8일(금)

- 팀별 교육(온라인) : 8월 11일(월) ~ 8월 22일(금)

* 기간 중 2회 이상
- 전체 교육(오프라인) : 8월 26일(화)

* 제천에서 진행 예정

[활동 기간]

- 사전 근무 : 8월 27일(수) ~ 9월 2일(화) (* 모집 분야 참고)

* 희망자에 한하여 모집 예정
- 발대식 : 9월 3일(수)

- 영화제 : 9월 4일(목) ~ 9월 9일(화)
- 해단식 : 9월 10일(수)

* 활동 기간 동안 전 기간, 종일 활동을 원칙으로 합니다.
* 활동 분야에 따라 활동 기간 및 시간이 달라질 수 있습니다.
* 활동 분야의 상황에 따라 야간근무를 진행할 수 있습니다.

[자원활동가 참여 혜택]

- 활동 기간 중 숙소를 제공합니다. (제천 지역 외 거주자)
- 자원활동가 유니폼 & 배지, 영화제 기념품을 제공합니다.
- 활동 기간 동안 식비 및 교통비(시내버스)로 일일활동비를 지급합니다. (영화제 종료 후 일괄 지급)
- 영화제 기간 동안 1일 1회 간식 & 음료를 제공합니다.
- 영화제 메인 카탈로그에 자원활동가로 등재됩니다.
- 자원봉사 시간을 지급합니다. (자원봉사포털 1365 가입 필수)
- 제천국제음악영화제 자원 활동 참여 인증서를 수여합니다.
* 추후 제천국제음악영화제 입사 지원 시 가산점 부여

Hello from the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival.

At the 21st Jecheon International Music & Film Festival, where movies, music, and nature harmonize, we are recruiting passionate volunteers, JIMFFree, to help lead this year’s festival.

[Recruitment Period]

- May 12 (Mon) ~ June 22 (Sun), 23:59 (42 days total)

[Recruitment Schedule]

- Document Screening Results: June 30 (Mon), 17:00

* Check results on the volunteer page

- In-Person Interview: July 7 (Mon) ~ July 13 (Sun)

* Interviews will be held in Seoul or Jecheon (Choose your preferred location)

- Final Selection Announcement: July 21 (Mon), 17:00

* Check results on the volunteer page

※ Schedule is subject to change based on festival circumstances.

[Eligibility]

- Individuals who love movies and music

- Korean nationals or foreign residents living in Korea, aged 18 or older, and able to communicate in Korean

- Those who can attend all trainings provided by the festival and participate throughout the entire festival period

- Those available to work in Jecheon during the festival period

* Accommodation will be provided for participants from outside Jecheon

[Selection Criteria]

- Applicants who do not attend the interview after passing the document screening will be disqualified.

- Incomplete or missing application materials (including photo) may impact the evaluation result

- Final selection and team assignments may change depending on the evaluation results

[Training Schedule]

- Orientation (Online): August 8 (Fri)

- Team Training (Online): August 11 (Mon) ~ August 22 (Fri)

* At least two sessions will be held during this period.

- General Training (Offline): August 26 (Tue)

Held in Jecheon

* This in-person training will be held in Jecheon.

※ The training schedule is subject to change. Volunteers who are absent without a vaild reason may not be eligible to participate.

[Volunteer Activity Period]

Pre-Work (Optional): August 27 (Wed) ~ September 2 (Tue)

Festival Period: September 4 (Thu) ~ September 9 (Tue)

Closing Ceremony: September 10 (Wed)

All volunteers are expected to participate full-time during the festival.

Schedules and hours may vary by role, including potential night shifts.

[Volunteer Benefits]

- Accomodation provided during the volunteer period (for those residing outside Jecheon)

- A modest stipend provided after completing the program

- Transportation reimbursement for attending in-person training

- Official volunteer uniform and badge provided

- Snacks provided during the festival period
- Certificate of participation and volunteer hours provided after completing the program (1365 Volunteer Portal registration required)
* Additional consideration may be given when applying for future positions at the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival
